It’s been another magnifique day in France.
We arose early and after a quick breakfast we mounted the coach to be taken to the nearby town of Dieppe. This is the view we were confronted with.
Quickly, we assembled into groups and took off to explore the town. Our fantastic guides Molly and Lucien informed us all about the history of Dieppe and the harbour. The children were also given the opportunity to peruse the high street, sampling some delicious local delicacies.
Despite our informative and sun-drenched morning, we still had time for much more. Our guides then took us to a farm in rural Normandy where the children found themselves face to face with some rival kids.
Fortunately everybody got on swimmingly. The fantasitic farmer gave us the ins and outs of goat farming, showing us how to make homemade cheese.
It’s been a wonderful day: I kid you not.
